Terms of sale — Hello Câlin

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the Hello Câlin Family plan to a consumer. They supplement the terms of use, which remain applicable.

2. Plans

The free plan is available without payment and funded by advertising. The Family plan is paid, entirely ad-free, and unlocks the higher quotas described in Settings. The details of each plan are shown before ordering.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included, on the plan page. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed. Any price change is announced before it takes effect and only applies from the following renewal date.

4. Order and acceptance

Orders are placed from Settings. Accepting these terms, in the version in force, is mandatory before payment: the accepted version and its date are recorded. Payment is handled by our provider Stripe; no card details pass through our servers.

5. Duration and renewal

The subscription is taken out for a monthly or yearly period, as you choose. It renews automatically at each renewal date, for the same duration, until it is cancelled.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Settings, through our payment provider’s customer portal, without reason or fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: the plan stays active, and ad-free, until that date, then the household returns to the free plan without losing any data.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have fourteen days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. Since the service is supplied immediately, you expressly ask us to begin performance before the end of that period and thereby waive your right of withdrawal for the part already performed: that request and waiver are collected by the checkbox shown at payment time. 8. Availability

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis, with no quantified availability commitment. In case of a prolonged unavailability attributable to us, you may ask for cancellation and a refund of the unused part of the current period.

9. Personal data

The processing of order-related data is described in the privacy policy. Deleting the account and exporting the household’s data remain available from Settings, whatever the plan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence still apply where they are more favourable to you.

11. Complaints and mediation

Send any complaint first to the contact address below. If that fails, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The competent mediator will be appointed and named here as soon as the publisher’s registration is complete: we do not name a mediator with whom no agreement has yet been signed.
